The Pajama Princess accepts qualifying merchandise returned up to 14 days from the shipment date, provided purchases are returned in the same condition as shipped and with the tags attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of undergarments and swimwear. We also treat all sale items as final.
To the extent your merchandise qualifies, we will replace the item, credit your account, or refund your purchase price. In order to expedite your return or exchange with The Pajama Princess, please enclose your name, address, phone number, email address, order number, and a statement of your problem within the returned package. Upon receiving the returned product we will gladly assist you and your needs. Please note that the shipping charge will not be credited or refunded to your account. Also consider insuring your return package as The Pajama Princess does not cover loss in shipping.
